Main Responsibilities of the Bilingual Interpreter
To interpret conversations clearly and neutrally between Spanish and English in telephone calls, ensuring the accuracy of the message for both parties involved.
You will not have to perform any sales or technical support activities; the tasks are focused entirely on interpretation.
Most of the calls come from sectors such as insurance companies, medical services, emergencies and financial institutions, so discretion and professionalism are required.
We work in 8-hour shifts, five days a week, following a pre-assigned schedule.
